A recently upgraded favorite for the adventurous types, Stormy is offers two layers of amazingly comfortable all temperature open cell luxury foams that never get hard even when it’s freezing outside. We even took it a step further by adding a bonus thermal pad base that stops any cold transfer in its tracks, making it one of the highest portable mattress R-Ratings in the world at 9.1. The dark grey washable cover color obviously isn’t afraid of a little dirt, but it’s also still nice and soft to the touch.

Every MUFNTOP is proudly built by hand at our third generation family owned mattress workshop. We are also committed to assuring the safety and quality of ALL of our fabrics and foams by using only trusted US manufacturers. This means we continue to meet and exceed all mattress safety laws set out by the Consumer Products Safety Council (CPSC) as compared to a typical imported “sleeping pad”.

R-Value rating: Stormy clocks in at a very high 9.1 thanks to it's open cell luxury foams and thermal pad foundation. Perfect for use in all season cold weather and hot weather.


The R-Value is a measure of thermal resistance, showing how much insulation a sleeping pad will provide. This follows the ASTM International Standards organization ratings.
